Whitby events
As well as gothic visitors, and holiday makers, Whitby also hosts a twice a year Steampunk event, a weekend of Northern Soul and a week long folk festival and a summer regatta. It is also the home of Whitby Krampus Run, the first costumed street performance in the UK bringing local and European folklore together.
