Meet Rob and Ellie
Hi, we are Rob and Ellie, a husband and wife team who love being together. More than just husband and wife, we are best friends and work colleagues. Rob is an award winning wedding and events photographer who also shoots bands and gigs and Ellie is an award winning Celebrant and Celebrant trainer who writes and delivers many different kinds of unique ceremonies.
Originally from the West Midlands we had our honeymoon in Whitby and were amazed at how much this small fishing town has to offer. We had many holidays here and a few years ago we made the decision to move here and we love it.
As well as loving Whitby and each other, we love many things including going to gigs and music, Guinness and Jack Daniels, (not in the same glass), sampling locally made ales and gins, walking our dogs, eating out in local restaurants, tattoos, watching films and boxsets on Netflix and visiting historic buildings. We sadly do not live in a stately home, but love being inspired by colours and room designs.
Rob is a talented artist and he enjoys painting portraits and bringing Ellie’s surreal ideas for paintings to life. Ellie in her own words is ‘a collector of shoes’ and is slowly taking over the house with her ‘collection’. Weddings and ceremonies are a big part of our lives and we also travel outside of Whitby when required to capture and perform ceremonies.
Both of us are honoured to have been featured in many published and online articles.
We can be booked separately if required and as much as we hate being apart there are times when work commitments do separate us. As a loved up husband and wife team we know how important and special it is when couples book us who have found their true love.
